Further you must respect your trading partner and respond to their request should they ask you to remove their details from your records after a transaction is complete.

When you accept the terms and conditions posted on the readysteadyautos.co.uk site and submit personal data to us, you understand and agree that you may be contacted directly, by post or email, in relation to offering related services and that you may be sent marketing information by post or e-mail.  If you do not want your details to be used in any of the ways described in this paragraph, please let us know by sending an email to Privacy@ReadySteadyAutos.co.uk clearly stating what you are requesting.

You accept and agree that we will co-operate fully with all law enforcement agencies by providing all information related to you if requested to do so by the police.  You accept and agree that we may also refer fraudulent members to the police or report user listings to law enforcement agencies or copyright protection agencies for advice.
